Thank you for shopping with SkyCartZA. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order:

Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 5–10 business days
Regional and rural areas: 7–14 business days

Please note: As we work with dropshipping suppliers, some items may ship directly from the supplier and delivery times may vary.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check our store for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to track your delivery via the courier's website.

6. Delays and Issues

SkyCartZA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier or courier.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For lost parcels, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will open an investigation.

8. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are sourced from different suppliers. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
